various sets available. Please feel free to copy this plan
and use it as a tool for putting together the seating arrangements
for your event. The trade show floor plan gives you the optimal
set for booths in the Auditorium. Please keep in mind that
adding anything else to the room (stages, tables, etc.) would
result in less booths.
Trade shows and craft shows require special electrical
hookups. Be sure to inform the Coordinator of extensive
electrical needs at least two months prior to your event.
Last minute requests result in extra costs and cannot
be guaranteed. |

capacities listed below are for one side (left or right) of
the auditorium. For full house capacities, just double these
figures.

The
seating capacity on the floor depends on many factors –
the presence and size of a stage, how many bleachers are
utilized, etc. The total floor exit capacity is 3000, including
any bleacher seating.
The Bangor
Fire Department recommends the following seating pattern:
- maximum
of 28 seats per row
- minimum
6’ center aisle between rows
- minimum
6’ side and rear aisles
Other
Events
Many
events held at the Auditorium do not utilize stadium seating
(in the traditional sense) at all. Tradeshows, dances and
banquets can all be held in this facility easily. For more
information on these types of events, please speak to your
Coordinator.
